What does your company do exactly?

When you receive an offer for a software engineering position (full-time or return offer), let us know. We'll match you with top tech companies ranging in size from Palantir to Shogun, who will take you directly on-site. You'll multiply the number of offers you have on-hand before your deadline, thus increasing your options and gaining leverage in negotiation.

What's the point? Can't I just apply to companies directly?

1. We founded Rigora with the belief that if you're skilled enough to pass one interview process, then you shouldn't need to do more. We skip you directly on-site, saving you time from phone and resume screens.

2. We talk to recruiters for you. Think of us as the equivalent of a recruiter for candidates, where we work for you instead of for a company. We take care of all correspondences and make sure you get a prompt response from companies.

3. We give you an inside look at companies you might not otherwise discover, based on your interests.

Do you only work with software engineers?

Right now, yes.

Do you help place interns?

Currently, Rigora only processes full-time applicants, but we hope to work with interns in the future! In the meantime, if you have any friends who are searching for full-time roles, please send them our way! (See below) 

How much does it cost?

Nothing! The entire process is free for any student.

Why are you paying me $1000 to help me find a job?

If we end up placing you at a company, they give us a referral bonus. Giving you $1000 of that to encourage you to try us seems worth it!

We ask you to send us a copy of your offer letter so that we can verify your offer. The letter is kept strictly confidential to Rigora - no companies will see it.
